Henry Finkelstein

I build AI that helps companies make more money.

I'm a Founding Growth Engineer at a voice AI testing platform where I build agent-native Go To Market (GTM) systems. When I'm not growing AI eval dev tools, I help executive teams design then implement successful AI strategies that grow profits.

In my personal time, I build AI tools for my family's thriving, read leading AI practitioners, and write about Thriving with AI both @Work and @Home. Practically, that means I spend 10-14 hours a day, 6 days a week, obsessing over AI tools that achieve incredible outcomes.

I love this space because I know what's possible, and the specific steps to get there. Let me show you.

My Experience

Successful AI initiatives increase revenue & decrease costs.

I help answer how for your company, people, and systems.

I work with ambitious and growing companies to get real, valuable AI workflows into daily use. Then I train the team to run and improve the system without me.

Ask Me Anything

Common questions I help answer

  • We bought team Claude and people use it. Why don't I see big results?

  • Which processes are perfect for AI, and where is AI still weak?

  • AI is changing way too fast - do I need to keep up?

  • How can I train my team to grow and improve their AI skills?

  • What should we build internally vs. buy from a vendor?

  • Is our data too messy to be useful for AI?

AI is too noisy with hype on one side and hand-wringing on the other. I am your calm, no BS expert who distills what actually works at the frontier into what drives results for your team.

How you win

The Thriving with AI Method

  1. Discover

I interview the team, map how work actually moves, and score the opportunities against impact, effort, and feasibility.

  2. Design

I propose a comprehensive AI strategy including what to build, how to drive adoption + impact, and how it will be measured.

  3. Build

I ship workflows into named people's real work, tested against real history and instrumented from day one.

  4. Train

I train an internal maintainer, set up governance, and hand over the repository. The team keeps building and growing.

What stays human

My objective is to raise the bar of excellence - both quality and quantity - for your human teammates. Before anything gets built, the team names what AI must never touch.

Answers

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

How long does an engagement take?
Depending on scope, it can be a single day workshop or a multi-month initiative. Most often, a full discover, design, build, train cycle takes 3 months.
Do you build it, or do we?
Both! I craft the first workflows to build momentum and buy in, then train an internal champion who extends them and makes new ones.
What sets apart the teams that truly excel with AI?
Candor, curiosity, and commitment. An executive team that leads by example and a power user champion that inspires adoption by sharing outcomes. Everything else can be learned.
What about our data and privacy?
Everything we build runs in your own accounts and your own repository. Most state-of-the-art models have 30-day retention and no training on team accounts.
Do you do one-day workshops?
That depends on the objective. Single-day workshops are good for foundational skills, executive alignment, guided build-a-thons, or as accelerators for teams already implementing a well-defined AI strategy. Driving sustained change for an organization usually takes a few months of working together.
