Thriving Commons

Well shucks, Thriving Commons doesn't exist yet - sounds like it should though, right?

I haven't written the legalese just yet, and I imagine a way to share information and assets freely in the spirit of Thriving with real bite when it's used for nefarious or harmful purposes.
