Agent-Native Revenue · Principle 4 of 4
Every loop learns
A revenue system that cannot tell you what it learned last week is a pipeline of tasks.
September 4, 2026
The point of designing the work around humans and agents together is to improve revenue generation systematically. That requires loops: what went out, what came back, what changed as a result, and who decided.
Every function on the map should be able to answer four questions on a Friday. What did we try, what did we learn, what did we change, and what are we trying next. If the answers live in one person’s head, the loop does not exist yet.
What changed because of what we learned?
- TryA clear bet in real work.
- ObserveWhat happened, including misses.
- DecideA named person weighs the evidence.
- ChangeUpdate the workflow and try again.
