Pipeline

Agents keep the CRM honest from the calls and the threads. The rep's job goes back to judgment about the deal.

September 4, 2026

Most of what a rep did to keep pipeline honest was clerical: update the stage, log the call, chase the next step. I built an Auto-CRM that does this from call transcripts, Slack, email, contracts, and billing, with nobody typing anything, and then deployed the same system to my team.

What is left is the interesting part. Which deals are quiet because they are dead, which are quiet because the champion is busy, and where the story the rep tells diverges from what the customer said on the call.

What breaks: the system is only as honest as its inputs. A call that was not recorded did not happen, as far as the agent knows. Recording coverage is the first thing I fix in any pipeline.

From scattered evidence to a deal decision

  1. Calls · email · contracts

  2. Sourced deal record

  3. What needs attention?

The rep interprets the evidence and decides the next move.

Missing inputs remain missing context. Recording coverage and source links make that limit visible.
