Retention
The churn signals were always in the data. Nobody had the hours to read all of it. Now something does.
September 4, 2026
Every churned account left a trail: the support ticket that went cold, the champion who changed roles, the usage that dipped in the second month. The signals were there. The hours to read them across every account never were.
Agents read all of it, every day, and raise the accounts where something changed. The person gets to do the part that actually saves the account: a conversation with someone who feels understood.
What I have not solved: the alert that fires on everything gets muted by week two, and then you are back to reading nothing. Deciding what is worth a person’s attention is the whole design problem.
